FROM THE EAST: on I-290 (from Downtown Chicago). Exit at Harlem Avenue (exit is on the left side of the expressway). Turn left (south) and go ½ mile to Roosevelt Road. Turn right (west) and go ½ mile to Desplaines Avenue. Turn left (south) and go ½ mile to Industrial Drive. Turn left (east) on Industrial Drive. 7750 is the second building on the right.

FROM THE WEST: on I-290 (the Eisenhower Expy). Exit at Desplaines Ave. Turn right (south). Go 1.2 miles to Industrial Drive. Turn left (east; there is a Fitness Factory Warehouse on the corner). 7750 is the second building on the right.

FROM I-55(Stevenson Expressway): Exit at 1st Avenue north. Go north to Cermak Road (about 4 miles). Turn right (east) on Cermak and go ½ mile to Desplaines Avenue. Turn left (north) and go 2 blocks to Industrial Drive. Turn right (east; there is a Fitness Factory Warehouse on the corner). 7750 is the second building on the right.

FROM THE SOUTHWEST: take 22nd Street (Cermak Road) east to Desplaines. Turn left (north) go two blocks to Industrial Drive. Turn right (east; there is a Fitness Factory Warehouse on the corner). 7750 is the second building on the right.
